7 months after the launch of Digibank TW app, in Feb 2021 we launched the new DBS TW Internet Banking. I was very happy about this launch as it is the longest UX project that we have ever done so far. We replaced an almost 10-year old internet banking with this new site with fully responsive design and 15 new features. It will be a game changer of the internet banking in TW. I’m very glad to work as the UX design lead for DBS TW and helped to launch both mobile banking app and internet banking website in the past 3 years.
