After JD Paipai, I transferred to JD Finance which is the financial technology arm of JD.com and also is one of the largest fintech company in China. By July 2018 it has 240 millions active users and estimated market value is 13.3 billion RMB.
2015 was booming year for fintech company in China. Thousands of company appeared and disappeared over the following years. My main work is to design investment products including funds invest, the little vault, customer risk profile management, and Smart Investing (similar to Robo Advisors ) in the company. Investment is complex but also attractive, I enjoyed working on it especially when our products went live to millions of clients.
