The SG iWealth revamp was my first project after joining DBS in 2015. After a year of dedicated effort, we successfully launched it to the public in 2016. This revamp was designed to address several key user pain points, offering a seamless and integrated platform where customers could:
- Manage their investment portfolios
- Access in-depth analysis and research articles
- Invest in a wide range of products, including stocks and funds
- Easily transfer funds between retail and wealth accounts
In 2017, I led the UX design for a series of new enhancements to SG iWealth, including FX trading and Multi-Currency Revolving Term Loans. That same year, we also successfully launched the new iWealth platform in Hong Kong, further expanding our impact in the region.
