7 months after the launch of the Digibank TW app, we achieved another major milestone—in February 2021, we launched the new DBS TW Internet Banking. This was a particularly exciting moment for me, as it marked the longest UX project we had undertaken to date.

We replaced an almost 10-year-old internet banking platform with a fully responsive design and introduced 15 new features, setting a new benchmark for online banking in Taiwan. This launch was a true game-changer, redefining the digital banking experience for our customers.

As the UX Design Lead for DBS TW, I’m incredibly proud to have contributed to both the mobile banking app and internet banking website over the past three years. Seeing these transformations come to life has been an immensely rewarding journey.
