The Park 1872

The Park 1872 is an adaptive reuse project that transforms a former real estate showroom into a contemporary film studio. The new space brings together a range of functions, including production facilities, offices, a private club, and a small cinema, requiring the existing building to be reimagined for a very different purpose.

My role focused on the design of the main entrance and office area, two spaces that shape both the first impression and the everyday working experience of the studio. For the entrance, the intention was to create a strong sense of arrival and establish a distinctive identity for the new environment. The office area was designed to provide a functional and comfortable workplace while maintaining a visual language consistent with the character of the wider studio.

The project explores how an existing commercial space can be given a new identity through spatial transformation and a thoughtful balance between function, atmosphere, and experience.
